Refund Policy

🐾 Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Prospect Bark, we understand that plans can change! I do my best to be flexible while also respecting my time and availability.

 Cancellations & Refunds

• Dog Walking:
  Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled walk will receive a full refund or credit.
  Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable, but I may offer a credit in special circumstances.

• Pet Sitting (Overnight/Extended Care):
  Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance are eligible for a full refund.
  Cancellations made within 48 hours are eligible for a 50% refund.
  Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

 No-Shows or Last-Minute Changes

If I arrive for a scheduled walk or sitting and are unable to access your pet or home due to incorrect information or lack of communication, the service is considered rendered and non-refundable.

❤️ Emergency Exceptions

We understand emergencies happen! If you need to cancel last-minute due to a true emergency, please reach out. I will do my best to accommodate you.
